Built By Someone Who Has Been Where You Are
In 2003 I weighed close to 147kg. I lost a significant amount, but for years remained stuck at around 25% body fat. I looked okay, but just wanted to feel better. I was stuck in yoyo diets, training hard, eating reasonably well, but not moving the needle.
Six months ago I decided to make myself the priority. I learnt about my body, studied labels, tracked everything, rebuilt my training from scratch, and sought help from nutrition and exercise experts, as well as support for my mental wellbeing throughout the process.
What I found were expensive AI apps that guess calories. How does AI detect 250 calories of olive oil? I couldn't find an app precise enough, one that logged and connected my meal plan to my pantry to my shopping list, knew my day to plan my workouts and meals, and actually understood my goals and life. So I built it.
