1. The Service

Beast Coach is an AI-powered fitness and nutrition coaching application available on iOS and Android. The app provides personalised meal plans, workout plans, nutrition tracking, supplement guidance, health insights, and progress tracking based on information you provide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use Beast Coach. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at info@beastcoach.fit if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscription and Billing

Beast Coach offers free and premium subscription tiers. Certain features require an active subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings
• We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable consumer law
• Prices may change with reasonable notice provided via the app or email

5. Not Medical Advice

Beast Coach is a general wellness and fitness tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, clinical, dietary, or therapeutic advice. Calorie and macro calculations are estimates only and should not be relied upon for clinical purposes. We are not responsible for health outcomes resulting from use of the app. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new diet or exercise programme, particularly if you have a medical condition.

6. AI-Generated Content

Meal plans, workout plans, nutritional estimates, and coaching responses generated by Beast Coach are produced by AI systems and are approximations only. AI outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content. You use AI-generated recommendations at your own discretion.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create in the app including meal logs, progress photos, and notes. By submitting food photos and descriptions for AI analysis you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content solely to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

8. Health Data

By connecting Apple Health or Google Fit / Health Connect you grant Beast Coach permission to read health data from those services. This permission is optional and can be revoked at any time in your device settings. We handle all health data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or compromise the app or its systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Submit false, misleading, or harmful content
• Use the app in any way that could harm other users or our systems

10. Intellectual Property

All content, design, features, and functionality of Beast Coach — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are the property of Beast Coach and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

11. Availability

We aim to keep Beast Coach available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where possible.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beast Coach and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to health outcomes, fitness results, data loss, or subscription billing issues. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Beast Coach and its operators from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third party rights.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or by email. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
